A natural Type A jadeite flat bangle in icy-glutinous texture, lavender. Inner diameter 58.8 mm, width 12.4 mm, thickness 10 mm.

A beautiful color. Most of the ring is a rich, vivid lavender, full and bright, fading slowly on the other side into pale violet and white, like an evening glow spreading across the sky. The deepest purple has a strong gel-like glow and gives off a soft fluorescence when light passes through; lavender this saturated is not common in bangles.

Lavender jadeite stands for elegance and good relationships with people, and it is a favorite with women. 58.8 mm is a medium-large size, and a 10 mm thickness with a 12.4 mm band makes it solid and full on the wrist; the flat style (zheng zhuang, flat inside and rounded outside) sits comfortably.

Purple is the jadeite color most sensitive to light: redder under warm light, bluer under white light and closest to life in daylight, so please go by the video. Where the color fades there are natural color roots and fine lines, which are normal. The red thread only marks the size; the photos and video are of this bangle.
