Is the jadeite on JadeiteHub real?
Yes. We only list natural Type A jadeite with an authoritative lab certificate, and every sold piece is inspected at our center against the item and its certificate before shipping. Our authenticity guarantee covers the Type A status stated on the certificate.
What is Type A jadeite?
Type A jadeite is natural jadeite that has only been cut and polished, with no bleaching, polymer filling or dyeing. Type B is acid-bleached and polymer-impregnated, and Type C is dyed.
How does reserving a piece work?
Reserving is free. The seller confirms stock and holds the piece for 24 hours; if you don't pay in that time, the hold is released. New accounts can reserve 3 times per month, rising to 10 after your first purchase.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer. We show an estimate at checkout.
What if the piece doesn't match the listing?
If our inspection finds the piece does not match its description, you get a full refund before anything ships.
