Type A Jadeite Round Bangle, Icy-Glutinous Blue-Green, 57mm

A natural Type A jadeite round bangle (fu bangle, 福镯) in icy-glutinous texture, an even blue-green all around. Inner size 57 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. Moist and fresh: the whole bangle is an even blue-green, unbroken all the way around, a calm color on a moist base, with a full, rounded bar.

A fu bangle (福镯) is a round bangle, round both inside and out, the most traditional shape. This one has bar 10.2 mm wide and 9.8 mm thick; the 57 mm inner size suits larger wrists.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
