Natural Type A Glassy Jadeite Band Ring, Colorless, 17.1mm

A natural Type A jadeite band ring in glassy texture, colorless with a faint blue tint. Inner diameter 17.1 mm, band width 5.6 mm, thickness 4.1 mm.

Glassy (glass-like) jadeite is the most transparent texture grade. This ring is clear and bright, almost colorless with a hint of blue, and its dense texture shows a strong glow that seems to float on the surface, what the Chinese trade calls qi guang (起光).

The ring is carved from a single piece of jadeite and rounded inside and out. At 5.6 mm wide it is clean and understated, for women or men. An all-jade ring cannot be resized, so please check your size against the 17.1 mm inner diameter.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this ring may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual ring.
