A natural Type A jadeite wu shi pai (无事牌, plain plaque) pendant in icy-glutinous texture, a full spicy green (辣绿), set in 18K white gold. The stone measures about 23.8 × 17.4 × 1.5 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. A striking color: the whole plaque is an intense spicy green, deep and strong, and on the front you can see darker green streaks flowing down the stone, the natural way color grows in jadeite, which keeps a full-green piece from looking flat. Cut only 1.5 mm thin, it lights up a shade brighter when light passes through.

Spicy green is the trade's name for a vivid, saturated green with a slight yellow edge, deeper and bolder than bright green, and much sought after in full-color jadeite. A wu shi pai is left uncarved, a wish for a life with "nothing amiss". At 23.8 mm it sits well on the chest, on a black cord for a man or a fine chain for a woman.

As a natural mineral, jadeite nearly always carries some growth marks such as cotton or stone lines; they do not affect wear.
