Type A Jadeite Flat Bangle, Apple Green with Flowers, 54.8mm

A natural Type A jadeite flat-inner bangle (正装) in icy-glutinous texture, an apple green (苹果绿) body all round, scattered with deep green floating flowers. Inner size 54.8 mm, band width 11.9 mm, thickness 9.5 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. The color is lovely: the whole bangle carries color, a fresh apple green base dotted with small deep green flowers like dew on leaves. There is no white section anywhere, so the color is full, and the floating flowers keep it from looking flat.

At 11.9 mm wide and 9.5 mm thick the band is full and rounded. 54.8 mm is a common inner size that fits most women. A bangle green all round looks rich both under lamps and in daylight, and it brightens the skin.

Every natural jadeite is one of a kind; any fine cotton specks or stone lines in this 54.8 mm apple green bangle formed in nature and are part of what shows it has not been treated.
