Natural Type A Jadeite Floating Green Round Bangle, 53.2mm

A natural Type A jadeite round bangle in icy glutinous texture with deeper green floating flowers on a pale green base. Inner size 53.2 mm, band width 8.9 mm.

Icy glutinous jadeite sits between glutinous and icy: fine-grained and semi-translucent. The moist, pale green base carries deeper green flowers all the way around, in lighter and darker shades, the pattern the Chinese trade calls "floating flowers" (飘花).

A round-bar bangle is rounded inside and out. At 8.9 mm wide it is slim and graceful, light on the wrist, well suited to a smaller wrist and lovely stacked with other bangles.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
