Type A Jadeite Flat Bangle, Lavender & Green, 56.9mm

A natural Type A jadeite flat-inner bangle in icy-glutinous texture, lavender with a band of vivid green (春带彩). Inner size 56.9 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. A beautiful color: a pale lavender base with a large section of vivid green on one side. Lavender and green together is what the trade calls chun dai cai (春带彩), a bold, lively contrast.

A flat-inner (classic) bangle is flat inside and rounded outside, so it lies comfortably against the wrist for everyday wear. Band width 12.6 mm and thickness 9 mm; the 56.9 mm inner size is a common size.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
