Type A Jadeite Leaf Pendant, Full Bright Green, Gold Set

A natural Type A jadeite leaf pendant in full bright green (满色阳绿), set in real gold. The stone measures about 18.3 × 8.7 × 2.2 mm.

A beautiful color: the whole leaf is a vivid, rich bright green, even throughout. The veins are carved crisply, and the gold setting is open at the back, so light comes through and makes the green even livelier.

The leaf is a traditional jadeite subject; in Chinese, "leaf" (叶) sounds like "career" (业), and "golden branches, jade leaves" is an old phrase for something precious. The slim shape is easy to wear every day.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this pendant may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual pendant.
