Type A Jadeite Round Bangle, Glutinous White, 53.3mm

A natural Type A jadeite round bangle (fu bangle, 福镯) in glutinous texture, a white base with a faint lavender tint. Inner size 53.3 mm.

Glutinous jadeite is fine-grained and softly translucent, with a gentle, moist look like cooked sticky rice. Moist and fresh: the whole bangle is a clean white base with a faint hint of lavender, soft and understated. A few tiny pale yellow spots on the band are natural marks.

A fu bangle (福镯) is a round bangle, round both inside and out, the most traditional shape. This one has bar 10.6 mm wide and 10.9 mm thick; the 53.3 mm inner size suits slimmer wrists.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
