Type A Jadeite Flat Bangle, Blue-Green Band, 55.6mm

A natural Type A jadeite flat-inner bangle in glutinous texture, a white base with a band of blue-green on one side. Inner size 55.6 mm.

Glutinous jadeite is fine-grained and softly translucent, with a gentle, moist look like cooked sticky rice. Moist and fresh: on a clean, moist white base, one side carries a long band of blue-green that fades naturally from rich to pale. At 14.6 mm the band is wide and generous, with real presence on the wrist.

A flat-inner (classic) bangle is flat inside and rounded outside, so it lies comfortably against the wrist for everyday wear. Band width 14.6 mm and thickness 9.9 mm; the 55.6 mm inner size is a common size.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
