Type A Jadeite Safety Coin Earrings, Green Flower, 18K Gold

A pair of natural Type A jadeite safety coin earrings in icy texture, a clear white base with floating green flowers, set in 18K gold. Each coin is about 16.9 mm across and 4.7 mm thick.

Both texture and color are good. The two coins have a clear, icy base, and the lower half of each carries green flowers in different shades, some in clusters, some trailing like water weeds. The flowers run in a similar direction on both coins, so the pair mirrors each other when worn. The 18K gold hooks sit above a small cluster of white stones, and a gold pin holds each coin through its center.

At 4.7 mm these coins are thicker than most earring coins, and the icy material still lets light through at this depth; you can see a watery shine from the side. A 16.9 mm diameter is modest enough for the office and still holds its own at a dinner.
