Type A Jadeite Cabochon Pair, Lavender & Green, Loose, 9mm

A pair of natural Type A jadeite cabochons, sold loose, in icy-glutinous texture: one lavender and one bright green. The lavender stone is about 9 × 8 × 3.2 mm and the green about 8.7 × 8.1 × 3.2 mm. Sold as a pair only.

Beautiful color. The lavender stone is an even, soft violet with a hint of blue; the green stone is a rich, vivid full green with no stray tones. Lavender and green together are called 春彩, "spring colors", a wish for spring and good luck; set as mismatched earrings they have real personality, or each can become a ring stone.

The brass mounts and small stones in the photos are a temporary display mount (brass, not precious metal); they ship with the jade, so you can wear it straight away or have a jeweler reset it in 18K gold. Both are oval cabochons with full domes and flat backs, easy to set.

Lavender leans pink under warm light and bluer under white light, and green may look brighter on screen; please go by the video. Up close there may be tiny cotton specks, a natural feature. The photos and video are of this pair.

Once ordered, the pair is checked against its certificate at our inspection center, then shipped free, insured and tracked. Unused returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
