Type A Jadeite High-Icy Cabochon Pair, Loose, 8.8mm

A pair of natural Type A jadeite cabochons, sold loose, in high-icy texture, colorless with a blue glow. Each is about 8.8 × 7.4 × 3.6 mm. Sold as a pair only.

Mature material, clean to the eye. The two small oval cabochons are clear as water, and their domes give off a quiet blue light, like two drops of dew held still. They are well matched in size and glow, an ideal pair for earrings that look understated yet full of life.

The brass mounts and small stones in the photos are a temporary display mount (brass, not precious metal); they ship with the jade, so you can wear it straight away or have a jeweler reset it in 18K gold. An 8.8 mm oval suits delicate studs or drops, or a pair of small ring stones; a local jeweler can set them for you.

High-icy jadeite is very transparent, so very fine natural texture may show under strong light. The blue glow is clearer against dark backgrounds; please go by the video. The photos and video are of this pair.
