Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. A lovely color: a long stretch of rich green wraps diagonally around the bangle like a ribbon, with deeper and lighter tones giving it depth, while the rest is a juicy pale green, more icy and translucent on one side. The whole piece looks like a green stream running through hills.

At 12.3 mm wide and 7.5 mm thick it is broad without feeling bulky and sits comfortably against the wrist; 55.6 mm is a common inner size. Because the color runs from rich to pale, turning the bangle gives a different look, at home in everyday wear and on formal occasions.
