A natural Type A jadeite flat-inner bangle (正装) in icy-glutinous texture, pale green all the way round with a section of rich yang green at the top. Inner size 52.5 mm, band width 12.5 mm, thickness 8.8 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. The seller's words were "juicy and fresh": the whole ring is covered in a fresh pale green like early-spring shoots, with no white base showing, and right at the top a run of intense yang green gathers and fades gradually to each side, giving the color a clear focus. The body is juicy and the green has a soft luster.

A bangle colored all round with an added section of deep green looks more precious than one with color in just one place. The 52.5 mm inner size runs small, suiting slimmer wrists, and the 12.5 mm band gives the color plenty of room, so it really stands out when worn.
