A natural Type A jadeite bangle in icy glutinous texture, with a patch of honey-yellow on a pale white-green base. Inner size 51.6 mm, band width 12 mm, thickness 6.3 mm.

Icy glutinous jadeite sits between glutinous and icy: fine-grained and semi-translucent. The moist, pale base carries a faint hint of green, and across the top of the band sits a section of warm honey-yellow, the natural yellow-to-orange jadeite color the Chinese trade calls huangfei (黄翡). The rich yellow against the fresh base gives this bangle a look all its own.

This classic style has a flat inner band and a rounded outside, so it sits close to the wrist and feels steady and comfortable. At 12 mm wide and 6.3 mm thick, the band is open and slim, light on the wrist.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
