What JadeiteHub is

JadeiteHub lists natural jadeite from vetted sellers in China and from our own stock. Every listed piece comes with a certificate from a recognized gem lab. We inspect sold pieces against the item and its certificate before shipping.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated unpaid reservations or breaches of these terms.

Reservations

Reserving a piece is free. After the seller confirms stock, the piece is held for you for 24 hours. If you have not paid by then, the hold is released and the piece may be sold to someone else.

To keep reservations fair: you can hold up to 2 pieces at a time; new accounts can reserve 3 times per month, rising to 10 after a first purchase.

A reservation is not a sale. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the piece and our service. International shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by our licensed payment partner; your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by you on delivery and are not refundable by us.

Inspection and authenticity

After payment, the piece goes to our inspection center and is checked against its listing and certificate. If it does not match, we cancel the order and refund you in full before anything ships.

Our authenticity guarantee covers the Type A (natural, untreated) status stated on the certificate. If a recognized gem lab later finds that a piece we sold is not Type A, contact us with the report and we will refund the full purchase price when the piece is returned.

Jadeite is a natural material. Colour can look different under different light and screens, and natural features such as inclusions, cotton and stone lines are not defects unless the listing says otherwise.

Shipping and risk

We ship with tracked, insured carriers. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we handle the insurance claim and refund or replace as appropriate.

Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us about any damage within 48 hours, with photos.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a reservation free of charge before paying. After payment and before shipping, contact us; we will refund unless the piece has already been sent for inspection, in which case bank and payment fees may be deducted. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.

Community content

If you post photos, questions, answers or comments, you confirm you have the right to share them and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, translate and promote them on JadeiteHub. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or advertising. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts. Automatic translations are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate.

Wholesale

Wholesale (B2B) orders are agreed separately in writing; where those terms differ from these, the written agreement applies.

Our content

Guides, photos and other site content belong to us or our sellers. You may share links, but do not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you directly. Consumers keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims under the law of their country of residence.
