Type A Jadeite Round Bangle, Floating Flower, 53mm

A natural Type A jadeite round bangle (fu bangle, 福镯) in icy-glutinous texture, a clear base with dark green flowers all around. Inner size 53 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. Moist and fresh: on a clear, pale blue-green base, threads of dark green flowers drift all the way around, like water plants swaying in a stream, richly layered.

A fu bangle (福镯) is a round bangle, round both inside and out, the most traditional shape. This one has a round bar about 10 mm thick; the 53 mm inner size suits slimmer wrists.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this bangle may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual bangle.
