A natural Type A jadeite flat-inner bangle in icy texture, an even blue-green (lan qing) all over. Inner size 55 mm.

Icy jadeite is fine-grained and highly translucent, so light passes through it with a clear, watery glow. Fine texture, full of water: the icy bangle is an even blue-green all the way round, the shade the trade calls lan qing (蓝晴) or blue qing shui, like a lake under a clear sky, cool and bright, with light seeming to flow through it. The 12.7 mm band is broad and full, showing both color and translucency clearly.

Flat inside and rounded outside, the flat-inner style is the most practical jadeite bangle: close-fitting and steady. Band 12.7 mm wide and 9 mm thick; at 55 mm the inner size is a common size.

Every natural jadeite has its own texture; look closely and you may find a tiny cotton spot or a stone line. This 12.7 mm-wide bangle is icy and lets light through, so strong light shows its inner detail more clearly. Please judge it from the photos and video of the actual piece.
