Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. Fine and fresh: the top of the bangle carries a long section of deep, rich green, crossed by a few darker green veins like distant mountains in an ink painting, bold and striking; below, a pale green-white base with soft green flowers. That mix of deep and light is what the trade calls 色花, color flowers. The 60.8 mm inner size is a large one, for wider wrists or bigger hands.

A flat-inner bangle has a flat inner face that rests broadly on the wrist, so it turns less. This one is 12.6 mm wide and 9 mm thick; the 60.8 mm inner size suits larger wrists.

This is natural jadeite, so it may hold fine stone lines or small cotton-like flecks, marks left as the stone formed.
