Type A Jadeite Donut Pendant, Icy Green Flower, 28.4mm

A natural Type A jadeite donut pendant (ping'an kou, 平安扣) in icy texture, a clear base with blue-green floating flowers. Diameter 28.4 mm, thickness 6.1 mm.

Icy jadeite is fine-grained and highly translucent, so light passes through it with a clear, watery glow. Blue-green flowers reach out from the center across the face, lively and natural, like water plants swaying in a stream.

The ping'an kou (平安扣, "peace buckle") is a round disc with a round hole, a traditional symbol of safety and completeness, and one of the most popular jadeite pendant styles for women and men. At 28.4 mm it is a medium, easy-to-wear size. It is sold as a loose piece, without a metal setting.

Like all natural jadeite (also known as Burmese jade), this pendant may show small natural features such as stone lines or fine cotton, and its colors look slightly different in different light. Please judge it from the photos and video, which show the actual pendant.

Every piece is inspected at our center and checked against its certificate before it ships, with free insured shipping.
