What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.

Order data: the pieces you reserve or buy, your shipping name, address and phone number, notes you send us, and order history.

Payment data: payments are processed by our licensed payment partner (Airwallex). We receive the payment status, amount and a reference, but never your full card number.

Inquiries: details you enter in the early-access or wholesale forms (such as company name, contact name, email, country and needs).

Community content: posts, photos, comments and answers you publish, if you use community features.

Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, collected through Google Analytics and server logs.

How we use it

To create and secure your account and send sign-in codes.

To process reservations and orders: confirm stock with the seller, take payment, inspect, ship, and handle refunds.

To send service emails about your orders. We send marketing emails only if you opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

To answer inquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Sellers: for an order, the seller receives the item reference and order number only. Your shipping address is used by our inspection center and carrier, not shared with the seller.

Service providers acting for us: Supabase (database and sign-in, Singapore), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Airwallex (payments), Google (sign-in and analytics), and shipping carriers and customs brokers for delivery.

Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We operate from China and Thailand and use providers in Singapore, the United States and other countries, so your data may be processed outside your country. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 10 years). Inquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to these legal records.

Cookies

We use a necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but you will need to sign in again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@jadeitehub.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.

Children

JadeiteHub is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email.
