A natural Type A jadeite round bangle (fu bangle, 福镯) in icy-glutinous texture, a white base with bright green over most of the band. Inner size 54.6 mm.

Icy-glutinous jadeite sits between icy and glutinous: fine-grained and semi-translucent, with a soft glow. Beautiful, moist color: the bright green spreads widely, covering most of the band, with rich clouds of vivid green where it is strongest and green-tinged white where it fades, hardly a stretch of pure white anywhere. The full, nearly 10 mm round bar feels substantial in the hand, and the color looks deeper in a thick bar.

This round style is the one older generations wore most, and its curved surface shows the glow of the jade best. 9.7 mm wide and 9.9 mm thick; the 54.6 mm inner size is a common size.
