Type A Jadeite Round Bangle, Icy Pale Lavender, 54mm

A natural Type A jadeite round bangle in icy texture, pale lavender in color (the trade calls it 淡春, "light spring"). Inner diameter 54 mm, width 9.6 mm, thickness 9.8 mm.

Good texture and plenty of water. The whole ring is an even, faint lavender, and the icy body makes the purple look light, as if dissolved in water; there are no stray colors and no obvious cotton, and with light behind it the bangle gives off a soft glow. The round bar is polished full and smooth, and from the side it looks like a ring of flowing violet water.

A round bangle (fu zhuo) is curved inside and out with an even bar, full and weighty on the wrist, and the most traditional style there is. 54 mm is a common medium size that fits most women; if you are unsure, measure the inside of a bangle you own, or measure around the widest part of your hand and convert.

Pale lavender in icy jadeite is sensitive to light: soft violet in daylight, a touch of pink under warm light, bluer under white light. The clearer the icy material, the easier it is to see very fine texture inside, which is a sign it is natural. The red thread in the photos only marks the size; all photos and the video show this bangle.
